Alfonso Williams
Alfonso is a Senior Product Manager at Google living in Miami, FL. His other professional experience includes 7 years at Facebook across product management, people management, and analytics roles. As an undergrad, he studied at the University at North Carolina at Chapel Hill and their Kenan-Flagler Business School. On a business school scholarship, he also studied at Copenhagen Business School in Copenhagen, Denmark and The Chinese University of Hong Kong in Hong Kong.
He has over 10 years of corporate experience with expertise in developing digital products at global scale and big data analytics. Alfonso was inspired to start The 2% Project due to years of helping friends, family, and colleagues with their resumes. He wanted to utilize this experience to more broadly impact representation in the corporate workplace.

Nancy Torres
Nancy is a Principal Partner at Ulu Ventures living in the Bay Area in California. Her corporate experience includes business development, analytics, diversity research, investment banking, and venture capital. Academically, Nancy attained her MBA and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Harvard University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University at North Carolina at Chapel Hill and their Kenan-Flagler Business School. On scholarship, she also studied at Copenhagen Business School and The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Nancy has over 10 years of corporate experience spanning startups and established corporations including Goldman Sachs, Uber, and Google. She is an active leader within organizations focused on social good, civil rights, and aiding corporate representation for the LatinX community.

Rachel Barden
Rachel is a Senior Manager in Documentation Engineering at Facebook living in San Francisco, California. Her corporate experience includes over 7 years at Facebook across computer systems analysis and documentation engineering plus prior experience in telecommunications technology covering marketing intelligence and pricing analytics.
She has dual bachelor’s degrees in Political Studies and Pure Mathematics from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada. Rachel is also the Global Lead of the Women@ Facebook organization, an internal initiative that aids the 30,000+ female employees at Facebook in career growth, overcoming gender bias, improving mental health, and growing gender representation in technology.

Vishal Korlipara
Vishal is currently a Senior Manager for Growth Acquisition at the Silicon Valley Series C start-up Future. His professional experience includes growth marketing, digital marketing strategy, people management, analytics, and product management, especially within start-ups.
Academically, Vishal studied at Georgia Tech University attaining a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting. Vishal has over 10 years of corporate experience across a variety of start-ups and established businesses in both the Atlanta, GA area as well as in the Bay Area in California.
Vishal is an industry expert in digital growth and in leading start-ups towards maturity.
