The CEO and Co-Founder of 'The 2% Project' was inspired by this statistic to help normalize women and people of color in corporate roles in America.
The 2% Project is a non-profit organization with a primary focus on helping under-represented populations enter the corporate workforce to increase gender and racial representation. The initial focus of the organization is to provide free resume services to help aspiring corporate applicants up-level their candidacy.
